This is a pretty bad Starbucks. The drive thru is painfully slow. I waited 10 minutes for a latte before just pulling off. Next time in I opted to go in. This wasn't slow, but the teenaged working behind the counter need to be mindful of cleanliness. Picking up the mat that they stand on and flopping it around inches from where they are making my drink is just gross!!!

Looks renovated Quick service I wish I took a picture of my frappachino before I devoured it because it literally looked picture perfect. Not only that, but it was perfectly made. Nice job Starbucks. Its rare to find a good one that actually cares about the quality of drinks being served.

I was kind of disappointed this morning when I stopped at this Starbucks. The drive thru was packed but it wasn't a super long wait so that was nice. I ordered a simple iced coffee with cream and sugar and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin. The guy at the window was friendly and awesome. Unfortunately nothing on my order was right. They gave me a pumpkin scone and an iced coffee with just cream. Not a huge deal but it bummed me out.

What happened to the staff from when it was the old Starbucks? Are they all gone now? I miss them! They used to be so much quicker, now it takes me at least 5+ min for a drink (and I get iced tea, which is already made--they just need to add ice!!!). Forget the drive thru, even when the line is short it takes a good ten minutes. I have noticed a slight improvement over the past few weeks, but the staff still is usually too busy joking around with each other to actually be efficient. I understand enjoying yourself while you work but when the line is ten deep inside with 5-7 cars in the drive through it's time to move a little faster. I would like to give 2.5 stars but since it's not an option I rounded up, because even though it's slow, everyone there is nice.

Every Starbucks should have a drive thru! I go to this one specifically because it's to much of a pain to get both my kids out of the car to get coffee in the morning. Every time I go the person who takes my order is courteous and quick. Expect to have a bit of a wait here, if the line is backed up in the drive thru it can take at least 10 minutes to get your order. It's one of their busiest locations and for that reason it can take a bit longer.

This is really one of the nicest Starbucks I've been in. The decor is very comfortable, the Google WiFi service is lightning fast, service is quick & friendly, and the drive-thru option outside is a great option for people on the go. I'm not crazy about the location right next to the KoP mall, but hey, you can't have everything. Now all they need is a Tiki bar and a dog play area, and I might move in.

This location has just been rebuilt. They just rebuilt it a few hundred feet away and for those fast food lovers, it now has a drive thru option! The line is usually long and slow moving so you may still end up going inside to get your order quicker. They still have all your standard treats and drinks available, so what are you waiting for? I've been a few times already and love the convenience of the drive thru!

For me, nothing beats a fresh cup of coffee on the Clover. I was so happy there's finally one in King of Prussia (Clovers are embarrassingly common in Boston). My favorite stop on weekend mornings.

Worst Starbucks experience, ever. Even worse then stopping at a rest stop Starbucks - gasp. I met a friend here on a Saturday morning, and it was chaos. We were getting on the road and wanted a quick pick-me-up before our long drive, but it would have been faster if I drove another shop and got it. First, the person who took my order did not hand me my baked good (which normally happens when it's not heated). I asked about it after I paid, and he confirmed I had ordered it but didn't get the coffee cake for me. I thought maybe they would hand it to me with the drink, but that did not happen. In the meantime, a woman who ordered after me was handed her pastry at checkout, so apparently that does happen, just not for me. I ended up having to ask one of the other store personnel to get the coffee cake for me, after waiting for some time for my drink. Then I went to put half-an-half in my coffee, and the debacle continued. There was no half-and-half out on the service station, so I inquired about it. I told a barista there a no carafe at all to begin with, yet she brought out a carton expecting to refill the carafe; but she couldn't, obviously. Instead of letting us use the half-and-half, she disappeared with it to look for a carafe, which took more than 5 minutes before she found one and then filled it before we could finally use it. There was no order in the store and it was just Mayhem. I don't think the staff is well trained and could definitely use more supervision or additional training. I don't think I'll stop by here again.

Nothing but terrible experiences at this location! I have never had a smooth and efficient experience while visiting this Starbucks, both in the drive thru and in the store. The drive thru is terribly slow with ridiculous wait times of upwards 15 minutes. I've pulled up to the window on several occasions where a barista has even opened the window to greet me or on other occasions they will open the window, process my payment, and then disappear for several minutes without communication what is going on. Let's talk about the inside and recap my episode from this morning. There must have been three baristas working drive through, two working the bar, one working the till, and a barista (who I later found out was the manager) was running around providing support where needed. It was absolute chaos. After waiting in line for 15-20 minutes I waited around for my sandwich and pastry. I communicated to the barista at the till that I was going to wait off to the left for my items. I don't think he understood what I meant, none the less I waited for an additional five minutes before asking the barista, who I later found out was the manager, about the status of my order. She stated that they were down at the end of the bar and that they had called my name several minutes ago. I was standing RIGHT THERE. No one ever called my name. I was already late for work and left. As I was pulling out of the plaza, my sandwich didn't smell right. I looked and it was the WRONG sandwich. They gave me sausage, which I cannot eat. I had to drive back and run in with the sandwich. The manager first verified the name on the bag before confirming that indeed I was given the wrong sandwich. She re-made the sandwich and asked for which form of payment I used and offered me a refund, not understanding that a refund would be more inconvenient for me as I would have to go back to my car and get my wallet. Let's be real, they have free drink cards. She could have provided better customer service. Unless this Starbucks issues an apology I will not be visiting it anytime soon. What should have been a convenience ended up in a 30 minute experience due to complete chaos behind the counter and poorly run service.

Four stars for Starbucks! Three stars for LOCATION... Good news is... They always get my order right and are friendly enough! Bad news... Their SUPER SLOW. Legit you'll be in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I don't mind much as long as my order isn't messed up which it never is so I'm satisfied enough :)

Came to this Starbucks when we were in Philly. It's pretty cozy feeling but I don't like that the line ends up right at the entrance. There isn't a lot of parking outside either.

The already over priced Mocha quickly turned $160 cup of Mocha, when the lid was closed on the paper seams of the cup. Realized it dripped all over my pants and shirt when it was too late.

Not the easiest Starbucks to get to because of 202, but other than that, it's pretty much your typical Starbucks inside. During our visit, I think the cashier was in training as he seemed to be struggling with the orders, but other than that, no major issues. My order came out quickly and correctly. There is no drive-thru at this location.

It's great that they have a drive thru window, but damn is it slow!! This place is either run by snails or turtles. This is without a doubt the slowest Starbucks on the planet.

    (4) ~ Very good food & service...They have a Clover Brewing System, which makes a GREAT cup of coffee!;) And a very good selection of cold beverages & Baked Good items. My favorite is the Flourless Chewy Chocolate Cookie which I recommend heated up;)

Of all the Starbucks in the surrounding area I think this one generally has the most attentive and friendly staff, despite the fact that they're overburdened with customers at times. It's usually a pleasure stopping in here. I don't know why so many people use the drive thru. It's a far nicer experience when you get out of the darn car and actually talk to people face to face.

after being rebuilt with the drive-thru option this place cannot handle its business. I've gone through the drive-thru at 7:30am, 8:30am, and 3:30pm and each time I've had to wait over 10 minutes. I've even had to wait when I physically walk into the store. there is absolutely NO sense of urgency, even during the busy morning rush-hours. after deliberately leaving my house 10 minutes early, I was still 10 minutes late for work this morning, and thus, that will be my last visit to this location.

I like this place. Have come here for years. They moved it a bit up tbe street and added a drive thru. Unfortunately, they haven't figured out how to manage the traffic from drivethru and walkin yet. Always slow.

After a disastrous cup of coffee at the restaurant in the hotel - I headed into town for some "real" coffee. I was looking for either a Sheetz, 7-11, Dunkin' Donuts, or a Starbucks - as I knew the coffee would be quality at any of those places. First place I bopped into was a Starbucks! Even had a Dunkin' Donuts next door! This Sbux has a peculiar look to it - it looks like it used to be some other sort of small local restaurant - the architecture does not look like a building that Starbucks would design (see the attached pix). In any case, I got a Grande coffee with room for cream - I believe it was a "Pike's Place." Service was efficient! Great flavor and good coffee. All was then right with the world!

Relative to other Starbucks, this one is generally okay- nothing horrible, nothing great. The building doesn't look like a typical Starbucks, and the first time I went here, I actually drove by it. It's easy to find parking, and the place is on the small side- about maybe 7-8 tables plus a few chairs inside, and then an outside patio for when it's nicer out. I've always been able to find a table inside, though. The service is decent, the line fluctuates between quite long and empty, and the noise level fluctuates between quiet and very loud. Service is okay, speed of drinks is okay, food is okay. The bathrooms were clean, and they have free WiFi. Generally a decent, middle of the road Starbucks, but it's main advantage is its location right on 202, near the KOP mall.

I usually go here to avoid the mall starbucks, which can take forever. For the most part, I get what I order and thats that. No smile, no Hi, how are you. Just an exchange. I tip on occasion, and you would think since I am a regular, they would at least say, hey welcome back or thanks for the tip....no, nothing. Meh

This stand-alone Starbucks is none too large, so if you have a large group, you all can spill outside where there's additional seating. Parking is easy, just use the private lot. The standard assortment of snacks, cakes, sandwiches (I hear they're discontinuing those, if they haven't already), and, of course, LEGAL stimulants (coffee, tea, or espresso, as you like) are available for purchase. I lunched here once: their pre-made sandwich was pretty dry, but the mocha Frappuccino helped me choke it down. If you're addicted to Starbucks and too far from the mall, this one will satisfy.

Slowest service I've ever experienced in any Starbucks. I waited half an hour for a cup of tea. The baristas were friendly, but they're too shortstaffed for such a high demand location with a drive thru. Overall, not a positive experience here.

So glad to find this Starbucks. Cute little building. Service was good. I like the little outside area as it is away from the main road and parking area. Only handicap space are adjacent. Makes for a nice spot to drink coffee right on 202 while avoiding the crazy mall scene just down the road.

An open letter, redux; All of your great employees are gone or on a VERY limited amount of shifts. You are now, officially, a complete and utter epic fail across the board. Most of my co-workers have moved on to other locations and I'm trying to get some help from my GPS to do the same w/o compromising my AM commute time. My hats off to your legendary ability to suck in such a well rounded way. fin.

This Starbucks is convenient and like most of the other establishments delivers a similar experience. I find it kind of funny that it's right next door to a Dunkin Donuts, but maybe that's a benefit for those of us who don't want to pay $6 for a scone made from organic power berries harvested from the heart of the jungles of expensivecoffeebeanland.

I'm a regular here and everyone is great. They always remember my name and know my exact drink. Love it. The coffee isn't bad either. ;) But then again, that's what you can expect at most starbucks.

Most of the barristas are friendly and competent however there is one female, who makes the absolutely worst iced tea. For a venti 1/2 passion, 1/2 black iced tea she put in about 2 fingers of tea then about a cup of water, then iced and shook it. It barely had any color! When I questioned her on all the water she replied that it is made extra strong and must be diluted. She was not pleasant. The other employees are great but when I see this one making the coffee and tea, I leave and go next door to Dunkin.
